6 Feb 08..Eve of Chinese New Year, Year of the Rat.. 36 years soon...and i feel tat nothing has been accomplished...wat a waste of space!


Things have started to be different! in many ways, I am very un-used to it.. its been a while since i blogged decently, so maybe i should juz pen down some of the thots running thru my mind now, while waiting for the clock to hit 1pm so i can go home.

Kelly's CNY Eve's thots

1) I no longer can have dinner with my parents.. esp the eve of CNY

2) I have to distribute "hongbaos"..omg..........

3) Spring cleaning....with no mum to help or nag ...

4) duno to invite or not to invite friends over??

5) buying things to 'stock up' for fear of not enuff food during CNY period, but - then , who knows wat we need for that 2 - 3 days?

6) spending pro-long period of time with my new set of extended family... and trying to get used to them, their kids and watever... and remember to keep my big mouth shut in case I say something that might offend

7) where is my fat Kitty?... missed him VERY MUCH...every year, when we eat reunion dinner, i will always open a can of fish for him, so he can eat together with us.. i no longer can do that. (T.T)

8) washing machine has become my new best friend... we talk every often... i think the vacuum cleaner is getting jealous ....

9) Mao Mao has been muiltating my ankles.... its been so many years since I been attacked by a mad cat... Kitty has stopped his bitting spree for the last few years.. so now.. my legs are covered w painful scars...to smack or not to smack? smacking does not help either... she just think i am playing... oh god, please help me

10) always thinking how not to clutter up the house so I dun have to clean so often...

11) been seriously thinking of quitting my thankless job.. but i love some of my colleagues.. v sian ... -.-

12) my knees are still giving me problems... but they are on the slow road to recovery... cannot run or climb stairs too well thou.. Knee guard is now my personal bodyguard.. dun leave home without them..

13) gone are the days of knee length skirts.. dun wan to show the ugly bitey marks and the knee guards.. hai, hello long skirts and pants, byebye knee skirts
