burp....

its been a while.. my nose is still blocked and breathing is a problem sometimes. Think i should visit chinese sinseh soon before I die from suffocation.

illness aside, i am trying to get a gripe on life and try not to let the issues at work affect me too much. I guess, i am just too responsible. Must try to RELAX a bit... take the pace slower... TAKE deep BREATH.. which is hard considering my nose condition lately. When I had to present at auditorium for on Technology Gadgets and Devices (part of our annual KPI to present on random topics to interested audiences).. an attack took me and I was almost short of breath when I began. It was probably nerviousness triggering the whole reaction, lucky by the 3rd slide, I was calming down and managed to crack a joke or two

Luck be on me. Boss decided that we have some $ leftover from departmental training budget and decided to send the whole lot to a "grooming/presentation course"... from http://www.jill-lowe.com/corporate.aspx.. not bad.. for a 2day course. somethings seem hard to swallow and its difficult to place the learnings.. especially if you learn from a woman whose philosphy is "if you can't convince, confuse", so, i guess i am CONFUSED.. hehe...

oh... apart from her constant bragging about her achievements, which may or may not be a bad thing. She tells me my chapped lips could be a result of allery from 2 common toothpaste brand. She started by asking "are you brushing with C****** or D*****?" while checking out my face for a suitable lipstick shade...well, i said both, cos i uses both, at home and at work...She said, maybe its allergy , she suggested to try O*** *..

so i bought one tube today and i hope for a miracle. This problem has been plaguing me for many years. and the whole reason I abandon lipstick, cos it will juz flake and look ugly.... if she is right, i WILL sign up her membership !

*PS: her motto is ALL woman must wear lipstick.. if not, not woman.. LOL.. ahem,i guess i must be a man these past few years huh?
