Been busy flat hunting over this weekend. This has been the most hectic weekend of my entire life.
The span of rush got started by Housing Development Board announcing that they are releasing some unsold Exec Apts in Seng Kang to open market, so began our exploration of possibly staying in SengKang New Town. We discussed until 2am in the morning over whether we should buy seng kang and also if we should get an empty unit.

My dislike for Seng Kang slowly diminished over the past 2 days when we explore the town more and more. But, a bit overdose cos i thnk i can memorise the map by now.

We gave up viewing empty units as the valuation for those are around 330-340K. A bit crazy. So we started looking at papers and my hubby called a few ads to view resale Exec Apartments (Just a fancier name for bigger flats). Saw one we quite like, with nice renovation, asking perhapsing ard 365k. Decided to take one day or 2 more to decide over it and even made a 2nd appointment for the next day to bring father-in-law to view that unit. That night we drove around that area, checking out the neighborhood and surroundings, even discussing late into the night on the pros and cons..
Who knows the agent sold the damn unit that very night without even informing us. Lucky my hubby called that idiot agent in the morning to confirm the appointment. I mean, everyone has changed, ready to get out of the house, u know. Well, that idiot agent THEN told my hubby that the unit was alredy sold! Basket, she sold it before we went for 2nd appt! and then din even bother to tell us!! So much of our own time and efforts were wasted. I mean, she knew we were gg to view again, why din she call to ask if we want to counter offer?!

Want to vomit blood... the idiot agent is from ERA somemore.. i thot they shd be more pro... sigh.. now we are all tired out... demoralised and pissed..
