HEY, good news for me!! i just did my confirmation apprasial today. Times really flies. Its almost a year since i started working at XXX company. Its been a tough and rocky path, but i guess its pretty worth it. My boss gave me a good appraisal and good rating. But the happiest thing is that he also asked an important person for feedback on one of the project i handled and this was wat was documented

System owner of the project has given the feedback that Kelly is a quick learner and with some initial guidance, she was able to complete tasks on her own. She also learned not to just ask what-to-do but to think and analyse on her own. She would work through options and present the pros and cons for the system owner to make decisions. It was also mentioned that Kelly is responsible, patient and has worked well with her colleagues.



I am off to celebrate tonight loh.............
